About the Role

• Accountable to define, strategize and execute Core Capabilities development globally in Digital transformation space for across App Transformation, Cloud, Advanced Analytics, Automation, Cloud Commerce and Enterprise COTS products implementations (e.g. HCM, ERP, SCM, Financials etc.)
• Identify vertical specific play areas and relevant services offerings (e.g. BFSI, CPG, Supply Chain, Retail, Logistics, HealthCare, Public Sector)
• Create Business Growth plan for US, UK and APAC region for core capabilities and services offerings by working closely with Geo sales teams to create pipeline
• Identify top strategic accounts for each Geo and create specific growth plan for these strategic customers
• Create all sales and marketing collaterals for each of the core capabilities and services offering within so that Global Sales, Pre-Sales teams are well equipped to position offerings in market
• Joint ownership and participation in all sales activities to ensure putting best foot forward to win the deal
• Accountable for consultative sales to generate business for Digital & Cloud service offerings
• Thought Leadership and Industry forum representation to ensure, is well ahead of Digital transformation curve based on potential Market direction
• Own and drive Innovation specific agenda for our strategic customers to position as digital transformation partner
• Own, Build and Manage internal resourcing within for each of the core capabilities to ensure Global delivery function, Global Pre-Sales functions are well supported for Digital & Cloud service offerings
• Own the career growth roadmap for employees as part of capability building
• Joint ownership with Global delivery function to govern key delivery matrices to ensure excellence in service delivery
Experience:
• A senior business technology professional with overall 20+ years of experience in industry, of which more than 5 years of experience in Global leadership role in capability management with order book targets in matrix structure
• Experience of driving key capability investment decisions backed up by strong commercial acumen, and technology thought leadership
• Experience of driving B2B Sales, Business Development jointly in collaboration with Global sales and marketing functions
• Experience of delivering large scale digital transformation programs with Global delivery models
• Global experience of working with APAC, UK and US customers in BFSI, Supply chain, Logistics, Retail, Healthcare and Public Sectors
• Prior experience of working with large SIs, with capability to navigate through Matrix structure of organization cutting through Geos, Capabilities/Competencies and meeting targets in close collaborations with different key stakeholders of global functions
• Should have lead team of senior leaders (e.g. head of functions / capabilities/competencies), with passion for mentoring and grooming leaders at all levels
• Strong Business leader with great Negotiation, Collaboration, Organization, planning & Interpersonal Skills
• A leader with integrity, enthusiasm & commitment to excel
Education: BE/B Tech from a reputed college.
